Whether you have years of experience in estate agency, or are looking to start your career with us, at Nick Dunning Associates you will receive a learning and development pathway that is unique to your role.
Working for Nick Dunning Associates is more than just a job, its a career.
Your First Week:
Based in our Head Office in Byfleet, Surrey – every new colleague will be enrolled onto our Induction program, lasting 3 – 5 days.
This week provides an introduction to the business, our group of companies and the services we offer as well as the basics you will need to be “branch ready” by the time you go to your permanent place of work. You will also be introduced to the business leaders and taught the principles of our businesses which allow us to differentiate ourselves from the competition.
This is a fun and interactive week which will see you working with colleagues across the business as you learn together why Nick Dunning Associates is a great place to work and grow your career.
Ongoing Training and Development:
We believe in nurturing all colleagues in order to grow the business leaders of tomorrow.
Once you have completed your Induction Week, you will be enrolled onto your personal Learning and Development career pathway.
Your career pathway will vary depending on the area of the business you have chosen to enter. Our Estate and Letting agent branch colleagues, will be provided with the opportunity to undertake internal courses leading to a Propertymark qualification. Colleagues in group support departments are also provided with a unique set of opportunities and access to complete external qualifications relevant to their chosen career.
We provide access to a number of apprenticeships for existing and new colleagues, such as The Housing and Property Management qualification. On completion of the course, delegates will attain the Propertymark Level 3 qualification and may become a member of ARLA and be eligible to join as a Level 3 member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Once successfully completed the L3 Apprenticeship, colleagues careers can progress to a L4 qualification.
