Our Training and Development program is built for everyone at any level of the organisation. Our training starts with a thorough induction and onboarding program enabling new colleague’s to be comfortable with the company and its philosophy of providing “The Complete Property Solution”. From here all colleagues are trained to be able to undertake their job role within the first six months of service with us. Trained to job role means being competent in delivering our services to the highest industry best practice standards, being knowledgeable and compliant in their industry sector and being able to achieve expected standards and sales targets.
Our Lettings teams participate in courses such as: Foundation Lettings, Lettings Negotiation Techniques, Advanced Lettings Negotiation, Winning the Instruction and Comprehensive Lettings Legislation for starters leading to a plethora of Management Development courses and ARLA qualifications as their career progresses. Likewise, our Sales teams can enjoy Foundation Sales, Selling Negotiation Techniques and Market Appraisal Skills before working towards their NAEA Qualification and further Management Development courses. In addition to our core training we also offer a large volume of short course sessions, workshops and comprehensive e-learning to compliment the classroom training.
